WE START AT
$25/HR! Vernon Lee Gymnastics is looking for an enthusiastic Team Coach to assist our girl's gymnastics team. Ability to spot, lift mats, and create a lesson plan is a must.
Duties:
  • Work with our Head Coach to form a gameplan for competition season
  • Ability to work with Preteam
  • Level 7 gymnasts
  • Plan and deliver gymnastics lessons to students of various ages and skill levels
  • Provide individualized instruction and feedback to help students improve their skills
  • Create a safe and supportive environment for students to learn and grow
  • Implement behavior management strategies to maintain discipline and focus during classes
  • Ability to spot upper level skills
  • Able to travel to competitions in and out of state
Experience:
  • Previous experience working with team gymnasts
  • Knowledge of gymnastics techniques, skills, and safety protocols
  • Strong communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate students
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
  • Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude towards working with children
  • Up-to-date USA Gymnastics safety certifications and background screenings
