LOOKING TO HIRE IMMEDIATELY!
Vernon Lee Gymnastics is looking for an enthusiastic Recreational Coach to teach gymnastics and Ninja classes. If you have gymnastics experience or are well versed in coaching, then we pay for your experience!
Duties:
  • Plan and deliver gymnastics lessons to students of various ages and skill levels
  • Provide individualized instruction and feedback to help students improve their skills
  • Create a safe and supportive environment for students to learn and grow
  • Develop lesson plans that are engaging, challenging, and age-appropriate
  • Monitor student progress and track their development over time
  • Implement behavior management strategies to maintain discipline and focus during classes
Experience:
  • Previous experience working with students in a coaching or teaching capacity is preferred
  • Knowledge of gymnastics techniques, skills, and safety protocols is a plus
  • Familiarity with other sports or disciplines such as swimming, martial arts, cheerleading, judo, karate, etc. is a plus
  • Strong communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate students
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
  • Patience, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude towards working with children
