Accel Gymnastics is looking for passionate, positive, and motivated Xcel and Compulsory/Optional Team Coaches to join our team! We are looking for coaches who love gymnastics, enjoy working with athletes, and believe that great coaching is about more than just teaching skills. Our coaches have the opportunity to help athletes develop confidence, discipline, resilience, and a genuine love for the sport. Both part-time and full-time positions are available. Compensation is commensurate with experience. Salaried positions available. Full Time Employees eligible for benefits. What We're Looking For We're looking for coaches who: Have previous gymnastics coaching experience or competitive team gymnastics experience Enjoy working with children and building positive relationships with athletes Are able to work collaboratively as part of a coaching team Are dependable, professional, and team-oriented Are willing to learn, grow, and continue developing as a coach Can provide athletes with both technical instruction and positive motivation Are passionate about helping athletes reach their individual goals Xcel Coaches Xcel coaches will work with athletes across the Xcel program, helping gymnasts develop their skills, confidence, routines, and competitive experience. We are looking for coaches who can create a positive training environment while helping athletes continue to progress and reach their potential. Compulsory/Optional Team Coaches Compulsory/Optional Team Coaches will work with competitive athletes who are committed to developing their gymnastics and competing at a high level. We are looking for coaches who understand the demands of competitive gymnastics while maintaining a positive, athlete-focused coaching environment . Experience Previous coaching experience is preferred, but competitive gymnastics experience is also highly valued. If you competed in gymnastics and have always thought about getting into coaching, we want to hear from you. We value coaches who are knowledgeable about gymnastics, but just as importantly, we want people who know how to connect with athletes, communicate effectively, work well with other coaches, and bring positivity into the gym every day. Schedule Part-time and full-time positions are available for both Xcel and Compulsory/Optional Team. Availability Monday through Sunday is needed, depending on program and practice schedules.
