Description:

T. Key Responsibilities Plan and conduct structured badminton training sessions for beginners to intermediate/advanced players Teach fundamental techniques (grip, footwork, strokes, positioning) Organize drills, match play, and practice routines Provide individual feedback to help players improve performance Ensure safety standards and proper use of equipment during sessions Support organization of club events, leagues, and tournaments Motivate players and promote sportsmanship and teamwork

Qualifications & Skills:

Prior experience in badminton coaching or competitive play Strong understanding of badminton techniques and rules Ability to work with players of different age groups and skill levels Good communication and interpersonal skills
