Strength and Conditioning Coach BMF Training Huntington Beach, CA Job Details Part-time | Full-time $23 - $50 an hour 11 hours ago Benefits Professional development assistance Flexible schedule Qualifications Exercise Science Certified Personal Trainer Sports coaching experience English High school diploma or GED Full Job Description We are a private fitness/sports performance center looking for a Part-time or Full time Strength and Conditioning Coach who has some experience working with both Athlete and non-Athlete populations and understands weightlifting for athletes. Comfortable coaching 1 on 1 and small group. Must have a CPT certification from one of the recognized organizations below, demonstrate knowledge of weight lifting principles, and be open to learning. If you enjoy helping people reach their goals and are a coachable individual please apply. The ideal candidate will be familiar with a wide range of modalities and exercise protocols, have an interest in learning new protocols, and have an outgoing and people-loving personality and a willingness to learn. Some additional requirements are as follows: Must be 18 years of age or older Must be able to legally work for any employer within the US Must be able to lift an excess of 50 lbs. frequently Must have a reliable form of transportation Must be willing to work early morning, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
Required education:
High school or equivalent, Undergrad in exercise science or related field preferable Required experience: Personal Training - 1 year Required language: English Required license or certification: NSCA, ACSM, NASM, or reputable certifying body.
