This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact on youth development through sports, teamwork, and physical activity. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and experience working with children to create a fun, safe, and engaging environment for all participants. Duties Lead and organize sports activities, drills, and games for children across multiple sports including soccer, flag football, and basketball Teach fundamental skills, rules, and strategies tailored to different age groups and skill levels Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive behavior among young athletes Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times; operate AED (Automated External Defibrillator) equipment when necessary Manage behavior management strategies to maintain a respectful and inclusive environment Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress and participation Setting up equipment, maintaining sports facilities, and ensuring cleanliness after activities Qualifications Prior experience working with children in sports or physical education settings is highly preferred Demonstrated coaching experience in soccer, basketball, or flag football; sports-specific training instruction is a plus Knowledge of sports team leadership principles and behavior management techniques Join us to empower young athletes through engaging sports programs!
