Join us and have FUN at work! If you're 18 or older, love working with children, and want a long‑term part‑time position (20-25 hours per week) that can grow into 30-35+ hours per week, this is your chance to join a team where your personality truly matters. We're looking for someone who shines in front of a group, connects easily with kids and parents, and thrives in a fast‑paced, movement‑based environment. As a Gymnastics Coach, you'll lead classes for athletes of all ages—from tiny tots to intermediate gymnasts—while creating a fun, safe, confidence‑building experience every day. What You'll Do Lead engaging, high‑energy classes with enthusiasm and clear instruction Track athlete progress and help kids celebrate their milestones Communicate with parents in a friendly, professional way Support special events , and other gym activities Maintain a clean, safe, organized facility Bring positivity, reliability, and team spirit to every shift Typical Schedule Monday-Friday 2:30-7:45 PM, 3-4 days per week Saturdays 8:45 AM-12:15 PM on a 2 month rotating basis Growth Opportunities This role can grow into: Head Coach Program Director Additional weekly hours Leadership responsibilities such as lesson planning, coach training, etc. If you're outgoing, dependable, and excited to help kids build confidence, strength, and lifelong skills, we'd love to meet you. Required Qualifications 18+ years old Experience working with children (babysitting, camps, coaching, etc.) Strong communication and people skills Ability to safely demonstrate basic physical movements Pass Livescan background check and required trainings Able to lift, spot, and assist gymnasts Reliable attendance and punctuality
Pay:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
