This includes coaching student-athletes, overseeing volunteer assistant coaches if brought on with AD. and school approval, ensuring compliance with school and athletic policies, promoting academic success, and fostering a culture of sportsmanship, safety, and accountability. The Head Coach works closely with the Athletic Director to coordinate logistics, equipment, and program operations for both boys or girls basketball.
