Human Resources Generalist:
- Partner with managers and employees on HR-related matters
- Support employee relations, policy interpretation, and workplace investigations as needed
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Support benefits administration, leave management, and HR programs
- Contribute to process improvements and other HR initiatives that support organizational goals Qualifications for the

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
