In this role, you will lead engaging baseball and softball training sessions, foster teamwork, and promote a positive sporting experience for children of various skill levels. Your passion for sports, combined with excellent communication skills and a commitment to safety, will help nurture confidence and athletic growth in every participant. Duties Lead and facilitate baseball and softball practice sessions, drills, and games tailored to different age groups and skill levels Teach fundamental skills such as batting, pitching, catching, fielding, and game strategies with clear instructions and demonstrations Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and positive behavior among participants through effective behavior management techniques Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding participant progress, schedules, and any concerns Assist in organizing team events, tournaments, and special clinics to enhance the overall sports experience Maintain equipment, ensure proper field setup, and uphold cleanliness standards for a safe training environment Reliable and consistent Experience Prior experience working with children in sports or physical education settings is highly preferred College playing experience Demonstrated coaching or sports-specific training instruction experience in baseball or softball required Background in team leadership within sports teams Experience working with students of diverse ages and skill levels to foster motivation and engagement Join us to inspire young athletes through energetic coaching that emphasizes skill development, teamwork, and fun!
