We run structured, coach-led strength training. No gimmicks, no fads. Just intentional programming and a strong member community. We're hiring a part-time coach to lead our weekday morning adult strength classes. This is the core of the role. If you also have a background in athlete development, there's real opportunity to grow into coaching our youth sports performance program as well. The Role Lead weekday morning adult group strength classes as the primary coach Deliver our programming with attention to movement quality, coaching cues, and appropriate scaling for each member Build relationships with members and support retention through a consistent, high-standard class experience Assist with trial sessions and onboarding new members Potential to expand into youth athlete training sessions for the right candidate Requirements Personal training certification from an accredited organization (NASM, ACE, NSCA, or similar) At least 1 year of group or personal training experience Reliable weekday morning availability Ability to confidently demonstrate foundational strength movements: squat variations, deadlifts, presses, pull-ups, and loaded carries Detail oriented with the ability to manage a full class while coaching individuals A genuine drive to help people get stronger and stay consistent CPR/AED certification Able to lift 75 lbs on a regular basis Bonus Points Degree in kinesiology, exercise science, or related field CSCS or other strength and conditioning certifications Experience coaching youth or high school athletes Powerlifting or Olympic lifting coaching experience
