The district is one of the oldest districts in the county, having been founded to serve area students in the late 1800s. Through the years, Banta has remained a small K-8 school district focused on meeting the needs of its diverse student population. As our district evolves we continue to adapt in order to best prepare our students for the future. We are a growing district with the recent opening of a large housing development within our attendance area and the continued interest in Banta Elementary as a school of choice for families. Job Summary Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our high school as a Sports Coach. Under the guidance and supervision of the High School Athletic Director and Administration, you will play a crucial role in developing the athletic skills, teamwork, and character of our high school athletes. You will be responsible for all aspects of the sports program, including planning and executing effective training sessions, providing guidance and mentorship to student-athletes, and fostering a positive and supportive team environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the sport they will be coaching, and a passion for helping students reach their full potential.
