Main responsibilities include:

Teach swim lessons following the British Swim School curriculum and teaching methods. Ensure the safety of all students during lessons. Create a positive, fun, and supportive learning environment. Build relationships with students and communicate effectively with parents and guardians. Track student progress and encourage advancement through skill levels. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pool environment. Attend required training sessions and staff meetings. Physical Requirements Remain in the pool for the majority or entirety of each shift. Lift and support young children in the water. Work in a warm, humid, indoor pool environment. Ability to bend, kneel, stand, and move throughout lessons. Experience working with children and a love of swimming is a plus, but no experience is required!
