The Head Coach Varsity Boys Soccer -Aptos High School will be responsible for: 1. Teaching sports techniques, rules, strategies, and game tactics. 2. Conditioning athletes to develop endurance, strength, and agility. 3. Supervising practices, contests, locker rooms, and transportation to ensure safety and discipline. 4. Instilling values such as sportsmanship, teamwork, work ethic, and accountability. 5. Monitoring academic performance, school attendance, and personal conduct of athletes. 6. Providing first aid and attending to player injuries using approved methods. 7. Managing uniforms, equipment, and facilities responsibly. 8.
