Recreational Gymnastics Coach

Job Summary Adrenaline Gymnastics Academy (AGA) is growing fast, and we're hiring Youth Gymnastics Coaches to help develop the next generation of athletes. Serving hundreds of athletes weekly in the Littleton community, AGA is one of the fastest-growing youth gymnastics programs in the area. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with kids, bring strong energy, and value structured, development-focused coaching. • 19.00/hr. starting pay (based on experience) Opportunities for additional earnings: Private lessons ($25

Teach:

Preschool Gymnastics (18 months

• 4 years): motor skills, coordination, and confidence Recreational Gymnastics (5+): fundamentals on bars, beam, floor, vault, trampoline, and strength Build positive, professional relationships with athletes and families Track attendance, athlete progress, and class engagement Maintain a clean, safe, and organized training environment Consistently represent AGA's standards of safety, communication, and coaching quality Experience Preferred (not required): 1+ year working with children (600+ hours preferred / 11 hours per week) 1+ year gymnastics coaching experience (600+ hours preferred / 11 hours per week)

Required:

Strong communication skills and positive attitude Ability to work in an active environment and lift up to 50 lbs. Reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check No experience?
