Support success for your team for the season. Academics, behavior, athletics. Attend all practice/season scheduled events. Understand and follow Erwin athletic policies. Team building/bonding outside of the sport. Assist with traveling logistics. Communication with the head coach, and all others involved. Review NCAC Athletic handbook and understand the NFHS sport rules. Stay current in all certifications and TSD guidelines.
