Commensurate with experience About Us We're a growing ski club with alpine programs spanning Buddy Werner, YSL, and USSA levels. We're looking for an enthusiastic Ski Racing Coach to join our coaching staff and help develop young athletes' skiing skills, race fundamentals, and lifelong love of the sport. What You'll Do Coach athletes across our Buddy Werner, YSL, and/or USSA programs, delivering age

• and level-appropriate instruction in skiing fundamentals, gate training, and race technique Collaborate with the Head Coach(es) and program leadership to help plan and deliver weekend training sessions — this is not a head coaching role, and you will not be responsible for planning training on your own Support race-day operations, including athlete supervision, course inspection, and race logistics, working alongside team leadership and event officials Help create a safe, positive, and team-oriented environment that builds athletes' confidence, technique, and enthusiasm for ski racing Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and fellow coaches as part of a collaborative coaching staff What We're Looking For Ski racing experience (as an athlete and/or coach) USSA Level 100 Coach Certification preferred; candidates without it must be willing to enroll in and complete Level 100 certification Willingness to obtain and maintain current U.

S. Ski & Snowboard (USSA) Coach Membership requirements, including:

• SafeSport Training (and annual SafeSport Refresher)
• Background Screening
• Coaching Fundamentals modules
• Current First Aid/CPR certification A genuine passion for sharing the sport of ski racing with kids and supporting their development A collaborative, team-first attitude and willingness to work under the direction of Head Coaches and program leadership Availability every Saturday and Sunday, December through March Bonus Points For Alpine Officials certification or experience (e.
