This role is perfect for someone with a background in coaching, personal training, or sports performance who wants to work across a diverse training landscape. This position primarily covers our peak training hours on evenings and weekends . You must be comfortable adapting your coaching style on the fly, as you will deliver training across all formats (1-on-1 private training, small groups, regular classes, and full sports teams) and across all age groups (from elementary school foundations to elite collegiate performance) .
Key Responsibilities:
Multi-Format Delivery:
Adaptable to lead high-energy group classes, coach focused small-group sessions, design targeted 1-on-1 private training programs, and command large-group team training environments.
All-Age Coaching Mastery:
Seamlessly transition between coaching elementary-aged youth building fundamental movement patterns, teenagers aged 13 and up in our advanced Total Performance track, and high-performance collegiate athletes looking for sport-specific edge. Execute the
Parisi Methodology:
Deliver cutting-edge training sessions following the official Parisi curriculum, focusing on linear speed, multi-directional agility, deceleration, power development, and injury prevention.
Class & Schedule Management:
Maintain strict punctuality and smooth transitions between back-to-back training formats on fast-paced evening and weekend shifts.
Assessments & Progress Tracking:
Conduct initial athletic evaluations, accurately track metrics, and provide clear, actionable feedback to both the athletes and their parents.
Professional Presence:
Act as a proactive brand ambassador on the floor, building strong relationships with local parents, youth league organizers, and high school/college coaches.
Qualifications & Requirements Background:
Proven experience in sports performance coaching, strength and conditioning, personal training, or competitive athletic coaching is highly preferred.
Versatility:
Demonstrated ability to command a room of 20+ team athletes, yet switch gears to provide detailed, technical feedback in a 1-on-1 private session.
Availability:
Consistent availability for weekday evening shifts (e.g., 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM) and weekend morning/afternoon shifts.
Communication Skills:
A powerful, encouraging coaching voice with the emotional intelligence to connect with an 8-year-old beginner and respect-driven collegiate athletes. Willingness to
