About Us At Force Fitness , our mission is to help people from all walks of life build a higher quality of life through real, purposeful strength. We specialize in functional training, merging smart total-body strength with metabolic conditioning formats. Our tracks are built for small groups (4 to 10 clients), allowing for a high-touch, hands-on coaching experience. Our floor is built for anybody willing to put in the effort. On any given day, you will coach beginners just getting started and learning how to push themselves, individuals getting back into fitness after a hiatus, and competitive athletes training to crush Spartan races or Deca Fit events. We believe that true growth happens when you chase comfort—but recognize that it is only found on the other side of hard work. Led by an owner with a Bachelor's in Exercise Science and a Master's in Exercise Psychology, Force Fitness is an elite teaching facility. If you want to refine your coaching eye, understand the actual biomechanics of scaling movement, and master the psychology behind client compliance and behavior change, this is where you belong. What We Are Looking For We are looking for an outgoing, highly personable, and educated coach to step onto our floor and command our evening tracks ASAP. You shouldn't just be looking to read a workout off a whiteboard; you should want to connect with people, correct form seamlessly, and bring unmatched energy to every session. Schedule & Availability This is a part-time role designed for someone looking to gain elite floor experience or stack high-value hours into their schedule: Evenings (Immediate Need): 2 to 3 nights per week. You will lead two back-to-back 50-minute tracks from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM .
Saturdays:
1 to 2 Saturdays per month from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM .
Future Growth:
Potential to add early morning tracks ( 5:00 AM to 7:00 AM ) to open the gym and coach the morning crew.
Personal Training Autonomy:
If you bring or build a 1-on-1 personal training clientele, you are welcome to utilize our top-tier space to train them around class schedules. Key Responsibilities Lead with
Intent:
Guide dynamic, safe, and engaging 50-minute functional strength and conditioning classes.
Coaching, Not Spectating:
Deliver real-time, concise coaching cues and immaculate form corrections.
Meet Them Where They Are:
Proactively scale, modify, or progress exercises on the fly to support a diverse population (ranging from the absolute beginner to the Spartan racer). Foster the
Vibe:
Set the tone for energy, effort, and community. Celebrate every milestone our members hit. Keep the
Standards High:
Assist with simple setup, teardown, and maintaining the cleanliness of the training floor before and after shifts.
Qualifications & Requirements The Vibe:
Outgoing, empathetic, loud enough to run a room, and deeply invested in human relationships.
Experience:
Prior experience coaching group fitness, functional training, or personal training is highly preferred.
Education:
A degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field is a massive asset, OR a reputable national certification (NASM, ACSM, NSCA, ACE, CF-L1).

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
