In this role, you will conduct psychiatric evaluations, manage medication, and develop evidence-based treatment plans for diverse patient populations. You will collaborate closely with psychiatrists, therapists, and primary care teams to ensure integrated, patient-centered care. Responsibilities Provide psychiatric evaluations and ongoing medication management for campus-based and virtual patients Develop and adjust evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with the care team Coordinate care with psychiatrists, therapists, primary care, and community resources Monitor treatment outcomes and safety, responding to crises and risk concerns Document all care in the electronic health record in accordance with regulatory standards Participate in quality improvement, clinical protocols, and best-practice initiatives Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, and coping strategies Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive, and compassionate team culture Required Skills Psychiatric assessment and diagnosis Psychopharmacology and medication management Treatment planning and care coordination Suicide and risk assessment Behavioral health crisis intervention Electronic health record (EHR) documentation Telepsychiatry and virtual care delivery Knowledge of DSM-5 and evidence-based guidelines Interdisciplinary team collaboration Patient and family education
