Job Description

Responsibilities include assisting the head coach with the organizing and directing all aspects of a successful and competitive collegiate program. The recruitment of qualified student-athletes and a demonstrated commitment to their personal, athletic, and academic success are essential. Responsibilities may also include recruiting, travel management, scheduling, player development, and budget management. This is a part-time appointment.

Assist in the process of recruiting prospective qualified student-athletes.

Assist in the development and supervision of practice and game planning.

Assist with the organization of team travel.

Effectively demonstrates technical skills at the collegiate levelAssist with fundraising.

Ensure compliance with all College, NCAA Division III and GNAC policies and procedures.

Performs other related duties as required by the Head Softball Coach.

Education & ExperienceBachelors Degree preferredPrevious coaching experience at the secondary and/or college level preferred
