Job Description Head Start Mentor Coach We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Start Mentor Coach to join our Program. The Mentor Coach will provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, professional development, and instructional support to teaching staff to strengthen classroom practices, promote positive child outcomes, and ensure the implementation of high-quality, developmentally appropriate educational practices. Responsibilities Provide individualized coaching and mentorship to Head Start teaching teams, fostering professional growth and development. Support educators in implementing effective teaching strategies and curriculum tailored for young children. Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive, strengths-based feedback. Provide regularly scheduled, periodic observations of Head Start classrooms using select standardized observation/monitoring tool. Model "best practices' on how to address/correct any noted deficiencies, coordinating with other service area experts and/or consultants as needed for assistance.

$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
