July 2026 Link to Position Brochure Position Overview The Pine School is seeking a dedicated and experienced Golf Coach to join our athletics staff. We currently have an opening for a Varsity Assistant coach who would oversee either the girls or boys varsity team. This individual will provide leadership, mentorship, and support across our golf program, working collaboratively with the Head Varsity Coach to ensure alignment, continuity, and sustained growth at all levels of play. The ideal candidate will be a knowledgeable golf coach committed to developing players both on and off the course, emphasizing skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship. As part of our close-knit PINE community, our coaches play an important role in helping student-athletes grow in confidence, character, and competitive spirit while contributing to the overall success of the golf program. Preferred Qualifications Experience coaching golf (school-based, collegiate, club, or related setting) Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Strong communication and customer-service mindset Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously Works well independently and as part of a greater team Professional, flexible, and solution-oriented Mission Statement The Pine School is an independent college preparatory school educating students in Kindergarten through 12th Grade.
