January 2027 Link to Position Brochure Position Overview The Pine School is seeking dedicated and experienced Assistant Varsity and Middle School Boys Lacrosse Coaches to join our athletic staff. These individuals will provide strong leadership, mentorship, and vision for our boys lacrosse program. The position will work collaboratively with the head varsity boys lacrosse coach to ensure alignment, continuity, and sustained growth across all levels. The ideal candidates will be knowledgeable lacrosse coaches who are committed to developing players both on and off the field, emphasizing skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship. As part of our close-knit PINE community, these coaches will play an important role in helping student-athletes grow in confidence, character, and competitive spirit while contributing to the overall success of the lacrosse program. Preferred Qualifications Experience coaching lacrosse (school-based, collegiate, club, or related setting) Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through Strong communication and customer-service mindset Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously Works well independently and as part of a greater team Professional, flexible, and solution-oriented Physical Requirements The role requires working in both office environments and outdoor athletic venues, often in various weather conditions. Must be able to sit or stand at a desk while working on a computer for prolonged periods of time. Must be able to lift and/or move equipment, boxes, or materials, usually ranging from 10 to 50 pounds.
