• High School Diploma or GED (minimum requirement).
• 1 Reference Letter (this does not apply to current CCPS staff).
• Current Florida Educator Certification or Athletic Coaching Certification is required.

NOTE:

Coaches who hold current teaching certification do not need to obtain athletic coaching certification.

• Basic Life Support Program (First Aid, CPR and AED).

WHO NEEDS IT?

• Coaches who are paid a supplement from the school District but DO NOT hold a Temporary or Professional Educator Certificate.
• Volunteer Coaches who are employees of the Collier County Public Schools, but do not hold a Temporary or Professional Educator's Certification.
