Overview Join our dynamic team as a Volleyball Coach and inspire athletes to reach their full potential! As a Volleyball Coach, you will lead training sessions, design engaging drills, and cultivate a positive environment that encourages growth, discipline, and sportsmanship. Your expertise will help athletes improve their volleyball techniques while building confidence and teamwork. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a vibrant sports community. Duties Plan and execute comprehensive volleyball training sessions tailored to various skill levels Lead team practices, emphasizing fundamental skills such as serving, passing, setting, hitting, and blocking Develop game strategies and coordinate team play during competitions or scrimmages Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and behavior management Monitor athlete progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance Ensure safety protocols are followed, including first aid and CPR procedures when necessary Collaborate with other coaches and staff to organize tournaments, events, and team-building activities Requirements Proven experience coaching or playing volleyball at competitive or recreational levels Strong communication skills to motivate athletes and engage with parents or guardians Experience working with children or youth in sports settings Knowledge of sports-specific training instruction and team leadership techniques Certifications in first aid, CPR, and AED operation preferred; additional certifications in sports coaching preferred Background in Lifeguard experience or swimming is advantageous but not mandatory Familiarity with behavior management strategies to maintain discipline during practices and games Additional experience in related sports such as soccer, basketball, cheerleading, gymnastics is a plus Join us as a Volleyball Coach and help shape confident athletes while enjoying a rewarding career dedicated to health, teamwork, and athletic excellence!
