Riptide Aquatics is looking for an enthusiastic and supportive Swim Coach to join the Riptide coaching team. This position's primary focus is coaching our Intermediate swimmers, helping the athletes develop strong fundamentals, improve technique, build confidence, and foster a lifelong love of competitive swimming. As part of the Riptide coaching team, you'll work collaboratively with all the coaches across the groups to create a positive, challenging, and supportive team environment. Whether you're leading practices, cheering swimmers on at meets, or celebrating personal bests, you'll play an important role in helping these young athletes grow both as swimmers and as individuals. The regular hours will typically be Mon-Fri 5pm-7pm and Sat 8am-10am. Additional time will be required for meet weekends and assistance with group coverage as needed.
