Job Description

PREVIOUS VOLLEYBALL EXPERIENCE AS A PLAYER OR COACH REQUIRED. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE SUCH BACKGROUND.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training programs for volleyball athletes
  • Teach and demonstrate proper techniques and strategies for playing volleyball
  • Plan and organize practice sessions to improve players' skills and teamwork
  • Evaluate players' performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement
  • Create game plans and strategies for competitive matches
  • Monitor the progress of individual players and provide guidance for their development
  • Ensure a safe and positive environment for all athletes
  • Collaborate with other coaches and staff to coordinate team activities
Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of volleyball rules, techniques, and strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with athletes of all ages
  • Ability to motivate and inspire athletes to reach their full potential
  • Experience in behavior management and creating a positive team culture
  • Strong organizational skills to plan and manage practice sessions and game schedules
Note:
While experience in Judo, Lifeguarding, Martial Arts, Karate, Basketball, or Swimming is not required, it may be beneficial in providing a well-rounded coaching approach.
