Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic female Swim Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a strong background in swimming and physical education. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching students of all ages and skill levels, ensuring their safety while promoting water safety and swimming skills in a fun and engaging environment. You will be part of the best Swim Program in South Florida and expound on skills and tactics to help children learn to swim in record time. 3
Locations:
Coral Springs, Margate, Parkland Responsibilities Conduct swim lessons for individuals and groups, adapting instruction to meet the needs of each student. Assess students' swimming abilities and provide constructive feedback to help them improve. Ensure the safety of all participants during lessons by enforcing pool rules and monitoring the swimming environment. Develop lesson plans that incorporate various swimming techniques and skills. Communicate effectively with with management and fellow swim instructors regarding progress, concerns, and recommendations for students. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool area before, during, and after lessons. Collaborate with other instructors to create a positive learning atmosphere. Requirements Experience working with students in a teaching or coaching capacity is preferred. Previous experience as a lifeguard is highly desirable. Strong understanding of swim techniques and water safety practices. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Certification in CPR/First Aid , WSI, LG are a plus but not mandatory at the time of hiring. Responsible and loyal to the company Over 18 years of age.
