In this role, you will lead engaging gymnastics classes, foster teamwork and confidence, and promote healthy physical activity among young learners. Duties Plan and deliver age-appropriate recreational gymnastics lessons that emphasize safety, skill development, and enjoyment. Demonstrate proper techniques for basic gymnastics movements and routines, ensuring correct form and safety protocols are followed. Monitor participants closely to provide personalized feedback, encouragement, and support to enhance their progress. Maintain a safe environment by enforcing rules, managing behavior effectively, and conducting regular equipment inspections. Communicate clearly with parents and guardians regarding class progress, safety guidelines, and upcoming events. Assist with event organization such as competitions or showcases to showcase student achievements. Experience Prior experience working with children in sports or recreational settings is essential. Demonstrated coaching experience in gymnastics or other sports is highly valued. Knowledge of behavior management techniques to foster positive classroom dynamics.
