401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Vision insurance Position Summary The Community Account Representative is responsible for building strong relationships with referral partners, community organizations, and prospective residents/families to drive occupancy and awareness of our Assisted Living facility. While the primary focus of this role is outreach and account management, the position also provides occasional support with home health aide responsibilities to ensure residents receive compassionate, hands-on care when needed. Key Responsibilities Sales & Outreach (Primary): Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources including hospitals, physician offices, senior centers, case managers, and community organizations. Conduct community outreach, attend health fairs, networking events, and other activities to represent the facility. Generate leads, track referrals, and follow up with prospects and families to increase move-ins. Conduct tours of the community, providing a warm and professional experience that showcases the benefits of living at the facility. Collaborate with the leadership team to meet occupancy goals and implement marketing strategies. Maintain a positive reputation for the facility in the surrounding community. Open office daily Visit all new residents. Hospital returns and those showing decline EOD report/log to WNHC Leadership/Facility Leadership with all daily updates Provide support to CG Assist with service agreements (to include method of payment) Enter all new intake referral into EMR system Coordinate all scheduling shifts and implement Assist with medication reminder when needed Educate families, staff, and care team members on Private /Medicare home health services Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or higher preferred. Previous experience in healthcare sales, senior living, or community outreach strongly preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Comfortable with public speaking, networking, and relationship-building. Compassionate and service-oriented with a genuine interest in senior care. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for outreach activities. Work Environment Majority of time spent on external outreach, networking, and relationship management. Flexibility with scheduling, including some evenings and weekends for events or family tours. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Occasional standing, walking, and assisting residents with mobility.
