Girls Soccer Coach - JV and/or Varsity International Studies Charter School (ISCHS) is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Girls Soccer Coach for our Junior Varsity and/or Varsity Girls Soccer Program. We are looking for a coach who is passionate about developing student-athletes, building a positive team culture, and promoting sportsmanship, discipline, teamwork, and academic responsibility.

Responsibilities include:

Plan and conduct organized, age-appropriate practices Coach and supervise student-athletes during practices and games Teach soccer fundamentals, strategy, conditioning, and teamwork Promote sportsmanship and a positive team environment Communicate effectively with student-athletes, parents, school administration, and the Athletic Department Ensure student-athlete safety and compliance with school and athletic policies Assist with the overall development and growth of the girls soccer program

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous soccer coaching and/or playing experience Experience working with middle or high school students preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Knowledge of soccer rules, fundamentals, and game strategy Ability to serve as a positive role model for student-athletes Availability for afternoon practices and scheduled games
