We are looking for someone who is committed to excellence, enjoys mentoring young dancers, and thrives in a positive, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Train and coach competition dancers in technique, performance quality, flexibility, strength, and conditioning. Choreograph or assist with competition routines as needed. Prepare dancers for regional and national competitions. Lead weekly rehearsals and additional training sessions. Provide constructive feedback while encouraging confidence, discipline, and teamwork. Collaborate with the studio owner and faculty to develop dancers' technical and artistic growth. Maintain high standards of professionalism, punctuality, and communication with dancers and families. Qualifications:

Strong background in dance with competitive performance and/or coaching experience. Experience teaching multiple styles, including ballet, jazz, contemporary, lyrical, or musical theatre. Ability to motivate dancers of varying ages and skill levels. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Reliable, organized, and passionate about youth development. Choreography experience is a plus.
