Immediately Job Description Atlantic HS has an opening for a Head Wrestling Cheer Coach. The duties of this position include develoing and implementing cheer routines, foster a team spirit and promote a positive and supportive environment for the participants.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organize and conduct practices
  • Teach and reinforce cheer techniques and safety protocols
  • Supervise cheerleaders before and during matches and tournaments
  • Coordinate logistics with the Activites Director for home and away events, State series, transportation, and other needs
  • Recruit, selcet and manage the particpants
  • Communicate effectively with particpants, parents, adminstration, wrestling coaches and media
  • Uphold Atlantic and ICCA guidelines
  • Be a role model for our particpants
