Immediately Job Description Atlantic HS has an opening for a Head Wrestling Cheer Coach. The duties of this position include develoing and implementing cheer routines, foster a team spirit and promote a positive and supportive environment for the participants.Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and conduct practices
- Teach and reinforce cheer techniques and safety protocols
- Supervise cheerleaders before and during matches and tournaments
- Coordinate logistics with the Activites Director for home and away events, State series, transportation, and other needs
- Recruit, selcet and manage the particpants
- Communicate effectively with particpants, parents, adminstration, wrestling coaches and media
- Uphold Atlantic and ICCA guidelines
- Be a role model for our particpants
