Position Overview D1 Training Arlington Heights is seeking a Strength & Conditioning Coach / Performance Coach to lead group training sessions and personal training for youth athletes, adult members, and sports teams. This role is ideal for a motivated coach with experience in strength training, sports performance, or group fitness who enjoys working with athletes and creating an engaging training environment. Candidates with a background in kinesiology, exercise science, sports performance training, or athletic coaching are strongly encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Lead group training sessions for youth athletes, adults, and teams Provide personal training and sports performance coaching Teach proper strength training techniques, speed mechanics, and injury prevention Ensure safe and effective execution of all exercises and workouts Modify workouts based on athlete ability levels and goals Build strong relationships with athletes and members Maintain a high-energy, motivating training environment Support athlete development in strength, speed, agility, and conditioning Required Qualifications Personal Training or Strength & Conditioning Certification (NCCA accredited preferred)
