Job Description

GForce Athletics is looking for motivated, reliable, and coachable Strength & Conditioning Coaches and Personal Trainers to join our growing team. We are currently hiring for our Addison, Bensenville, and Glenview locations. This is a great opportunity for coaches who are early in their careers and looking to gain experience working with athletes in a structured performance environment. While previous coaching experience is helpful, we are interested in finding individuals who are reliable, consistent, willing to learn, and committed to becoming better coaches. Our coaches work with athletes of all ages and across a variety of sports, leading structured strength and conditioning sessions while helping athletes develop strength, speed, agility, mobility, and confidence. Coaches may also lead private and semi-private training sessions. Key Responsibilities Lead high-quality strength and conditioning sessions for athletes of different ages, sports, and developmental levels. Coach proper technique across strength, speed, agility, mobility, and movement-based exercises. Create a positive, structured, and engaging training environment. Follow GForce Athletics programming and coaching standards while learning to make appropriate adjustments based on the athlete and training environment. Communicate professionally and effectively with athletes, parents, and organizational contacts. Lead private and semi-private training sessions as needed. Arrive prepared, on time, and ready to coach every session. Continue developing your coaching knowledge and skills through hands-on experience, feedback, and professional development. What We're Looking For Ideal candidates are: Reliable and consistent Coachable and receptive to feedback Comfortable working with youth athletes Positive, professional, and confident communicating with athletes and parents Interested in strength & conditioning and athletic development Organized and prepared Willing to learn and continue developing as a coach Comfortable working independently while also being part of a coaching team Previous coaching experience is preferred, but early-career coaches and candidates with limited experience are encouraged to apply. Qualifications Degree or current coursework in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field is preferred. NSCA-CSCS, NASM, ACSM, USAW, or another nationally recognized certification is preferred but not required for the right candidate. Previous coaching, personal training, playing, or athletic experience is a plus. Experience working with youth or high school athletes is helpful. Evening and/or weekend availability is required based on team schedules.
