Fianna Volleyball Club is located in the western suburbs of Chicago. Fianna VBC is committed to developing athletes through high-level training, positive mentorship, and competitive opportunities. We are seeking passionate and dependable coaches to join our program for the upcoming season; November 2026-June 2027. We are currently hiring for the following positions: Regional Team Head Coaches Regional Team Head Coach Position Summary The Regional Team Head Coach is responsible for leading a competitive regional-level team, overseeing athlete development, practice planning, and tournament coaching while representing the club professionally. Responsibilities Plan and lead all team practices Develop athletes' technical and tactical skills Create lineups and manage match strategy Maintain regular communication with families and club directors Foster a positive and competitive team environment Ensure athlete safety and adherence to club policies Attend scheduled tournaments, clinics, and club events Qualifications Prior coaching experience preferred Strong leadership and organizational skills Knowledge of age-appropriate athlete development Ability to manage team dynamics professionally Availability for evening practices and weekend tournaments Current
