• Responsibilities:

• Instruct athletes on proper techniques, strategies, and rules of the sport.
• Provide guidance and motivation to athletes during practices and competitions.
• Ensure the safety of all participants by adhering to proper coaching methods.
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff to enhance the overall sports program.

• Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with athletes, parents, and staff.
• Knowledge of child development principles and physical education techniques. Prior coaching experience preferred but not required.
• Certification in CPR/First Aid is preferred.
• Experience in childcare or working with youth is a plus.
