! About Us Startletics is an exciting new sports enrichment program designed specifically for early childhood centers and preschools. Our mission is to give children ages 2 years
•7 years a positive introduction to sports, movement, and teamwork through fun, age-appropriate games and activities. We partner directly with schools to bring sports into their weekly curriculum—no parent drop-off needed! We're growing quickly and looking for energetic, reliable coaches to join our team. What You'll Do Lead fun, high-energy sports & movement classes for kids ages 2 years
•7 years Follow our curriculum (no need to create your own lesson plans) Create a positive, encouraging atmosphere where every child feels successful Build relationships with school directors, teachers, and parents Help with basic equipment setup and breakdown Represent Startletics in a professional and upbeat manner
Job Type:
Part-time, with Full-time opportunities in the future We are looking for someone to start coaching immediately. Must be available Monday

WHAT YOU NEED
Passion for youth, physical activity, physical literacy, and sports A great personality with high energy levels Flexible morning availability Genuine passion for working with kids Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license or state ID Ability to pass a background check Monday-Friday Availability Eligible to work in the
U.S. A DAY IN THE LIFE
Safely coach sports classes of up to 8-12 children per class ages 2yo
•7yo Implement our plug & play curriculum Arrive on time to your locations and provide a positive customer experience to faculty, families, and students Clean and organize equipment Manage your class rosters
Growth Prospects:
Ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with children who will be able to coach initially. As we grow and expand in the area, they will have an option to transition to more of a managerial/leadership role handling more of the day to day operations, marketing, scheduling, social media, networking and continuing to grow the business. We are looking for someone who will take initiative, is self-motivated and willing to work hard as we increase Startletics presence in the Chicagoland West area.
Additional requirements:
Valid driver's license. Must undergo a background check, including criminal record and child abuse clearance, to ensure the safety and well-being of the children and considered for employment.
