Come Do ABA Therapy the Social-Play Way! Looking for an ABA job where you actually get to PLAY? At In Our World Therapy & Learning Center , we do ABA differently. Our Pre-K-3rd Grade learners with ASD are building communication, social, play, school-readiness, and independence skills. They don't need someone sitting at a table all day. They need someone who can PLAY with them, CONNECT with them, and turn play into learning.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
You'll spend your day: Playing games and teaching turn-taking and flexibility Building communication and social skills through play Encouraging pretend, imaginative, and cooperative play Working on communication to meet their needs Helping children interact and communication with peers Playing sports and active games Creating art and hands-on activities Teaching school-readiness and independence skills Providing individualized ABA instruction Turning everyday moments into learning opportunities You'll be moving, talking, playing, teaching, laughing, and building relationships.OUR IDEAL COACH

We're intentionally small, with no more than 10 learners in the whole program. You'll have strong BCBA mentorship, a collaborative team, opportunities to help create activities, a voice and a clinic designed for active learning—with a gym, outdoor play area, preschool room, kitchen, and large individual learning spaces. We enjoy playful days of dressing up, special pot lucks, contests/challenges and community outings. We work, play, learn and grow together!Job Specifications:
Hours:
30+ hours a week between Monday- Friday. 7:30am
- 5:30 pm.
Learners:
We are a team- we work with all learners throughout the week.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 20 years old Some college coursework OR experience in teaching, childcare, coaching, recreation, or a related field Experience working with children Reliable transportation Able to lift up to 40 pounds and comfortably participate in active play Willing to complete the required 40-hour ABA/RBT coursework and get RBT certificate in first 3 months. RBT certification and a bachelor's degree are preferred, but not required.THIS MIGHT BE YOUR KIND OF ABA JOB
