Mid-Suburban League (MSL) experience preferred. NJCAA and NCAA coaching experience preferred. The candidate should also possess strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks and work within a budget, the capacity to plan and execute fundraising strategies, the propensity to run skill camps and clinics, and can demonstrate a commitment to and experience working with diverse populations. The successful candidate should have experience planning and implementing preseason, postseason, and offseason programs to ensure the skill development of the student athletes.
