Job Overview Magnolia Athletic Company is seeking a passionate and reliable cheerleading, tumbling, and preschool gymnastics coaches to support our growing All Star and recreational programs. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about athlete development, value proper technique and progression, and want to positively impact athletes of all ages and skill levels. Magnolia Athletic Company offers a variety of programs - including All Star Elite, Prep, Novice, and recreational programs such as Cheer 101 and tumbling classes, as well as training local school teams preparing for competitions. Responsibilities Coach assigned cheer teams and/or classes each week, on a schedule designed to fit your needs Teach and reinforce fundamentals including tumbling, jumps, stunts, motions, and choreography Ensure athletes progress safely using proper skill progressions and technique-focused instruction Assist in routine choreography, cleaning, and performance readiness Provide constructive feedback to athletes in a positive and motivating manner Collaborate with other coaches and staff to coordinate practice planning and skill building Enforce gym policies, athlete conduct expectations, and safety protocols Skills Experience in cheerleading coaching or related sports coaching roles with a focus on youth development Background in physical education or teaching physical movement skills such as jumps, stunts, tumbling, or dance Strong behavior management skills to motivate students while maintaining safety standards Experience working with children or students in educational or recreational settings Knowledge of Open Championship Series age grids, levels, and scoring CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) This role is perfect for energetic individuals who thrive on inspiring others.
