Job Description
Competitive Team Coach Wanted Shen's Gymnastics Academy of Holliston is looking to add to our great coaching staff. We have been in business for over 15 years and are still growing strong! We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Competitive Team Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gymnastics and related sports, with the ability to inspire and motivate students of all ages. As a Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for teaching gymnastics skills, promoting physical fitness, and fostering a positive and safe environment for all participants. Responsibilities Implement engaging gymnastics lesson plans tailored to various skill levels. Instruct students in proper techniques for gymnastics movements, including tumbling, bars, balance beam, and vaulting. Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills. Ensure the safety of all participants by maintaining a clean and organized training environment. Foster teamwork and sportsmanship among students while promoting individual growth. Assist in organizing gymnastics events, competitions, and showcases. Qualifications Previous experience in gymnastics coaching preferred. Background in gymnastics is highly desirable. Experience working with students of various ages and skill levels. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate young athletes. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
