1. Has the ability to organize and supervise a total sports program. 2. Has previous successful coaching experience in assigned sport. (Major sports) Prior Coaching experience and/or Soccer experience preferred. Strong commitment to academic and athletic success of all student-athletes. Strong communication skills NFHS or MIAA coaching certifications preferred
