Competitive Team Coach O'Leary's Gymnastics Center O'Leary's Gymnastics Center is seeking a passionate and dedicated Competitive Team Coach to join our growing program. We are looking for someone who can balance strong technical coaching with a positive, athlete-first approach .

Responsibilities:

Coach and develop competitive gymnasts across assigned levels Plan structured, effective practices focused on skill progression, strength, and routines Provide clear, constructive corrections while maintaining a positive environment Prepare athletes physically and mentally for competitions Foster accountability, discipline, and team unity Communicate consistently and effectively with athletes, families, and staff

Qualifications:

Previous gymnastics coaching experience (competitive experience strongly preferred) Strong knowledge of skill progressions and technique Ability to lead with both structure and positivity Passion for athlete development beyond just results Reliable, professional, and team-focused Availability for evenings, weekends, and competitions Why O'Leary's?
