A Coach works with individual athletes or with sports teams to develop skills and improve teamwork and competitive performance. Runs practice sessions and physical conditioning programs; assesses the strengths and weaknesses of players; plans strategies for games; motivates and encourage players and teaches good sportsmanship.
Swampscott High School is seeking applicants for the JV Girls Soccer Coaching position.
Duties will include, but are not limited to, assisting the varsity coach with all game and practice
preparation/coaching, all administrative duties, team evaluation and selection and equipment
management.
Job Requirements:
Previous experience working with high school students recommended.
Previous girls soccer experience required.
MIAA/NFHS
Coaches Certifications preferred.
CPR, First Aid, AED and Concussion Course required.
Outstanding communication skills and work ethic.
Candidate will be subject to CORI/Background checks/Finger Print upon appointment.
