Position Overview:

Our academic coaches are well educated college graduates who understand the academic load of high school students. Most of our academic coaches know a little about most subjects and understand how important it is to balance the weekly academic load for the average student. Academic Coaches work with students weekly, building their time management and organization/planning skills. What You'll Do Work one-on-one with high school and middle school students. Adapt instruction to individual learning styles. Build confidence and strong academic habits. Create a positive and supportive learning environment. What We're Looking For Strong academic background. Tutoring, teaching, mentoring, or coaching experience. Experience working with youth. Reliable, organized, and student-centered. Why Parker River Tutoring?
