Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Strength and Conditioning Coach to elevate athletic performance and promote overall fitness excellence. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with athletes, designing personalized training programs that maximize strength, agility, and endurance. As our Head Strength and Conditioning Coach, you will inspire athletes to achieve their goals through expert coaching and motivational support. Your energy and expertise will help foster a positive environment where athletes feel empowered to push their limits and reach new heights. Responsibilities Develop a 1-hour program strength and conditioning programs tailored to our athletes. Conduct comprehensive assessments including biomechanics, physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics to inform training plans. Lead engaging group fitness sessions and one-on-one coaching that emphasize proper technique, safety, and motivation. Educate clients on nutrition, injury prevention, manual handling techniques, and the importance of recovery for optimal results. Promote a positive athlete experience through excellent customer service, rapport building, clear communication, and motivational coaching strategies. Requirements Proven experience in sports coaching, personal training, or fitness industry roles with a focus on strength conditioning. Strong knowledge of biomechanics, physiology, anatomy, body mechanics, and program design principles. Experience teaching physical education or group fitness classes preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while demonstrating proper manual handling techniques. Excellent client communication skills with a talent for building rapport and motivating diverse populations. Knowledge of nutrition principles relevant to athletic performance is a plus. Valid certifications in coaching or personal training from recognized organizations are highly desirable. Pay:
$40.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 1.0 - 2.0 per weekBenefits:
