Company Description "Growing People Before Players" Juventus Academy DC Metro is a youth soccer academy based in Potomac, MD, that delivers the methodologies and philosophies of the renowned Italian club, Juventus FC. The academy is committed to developing young athletes by providing them with a professional and supportive environment. Duties Work alongside Head Coach to teach the Juventus methodology/style of play. Assist in the oversight of matches. Provide constructive feedback to players to help them improve their performance. Foster a supportive team environment that encourages participation and personal growth. Manage behavior effectively during practices and games, promoting respect and sportsmanship. Collaborate with Head Coach and Directors to support player development. Maintain communication with parents regarding player development and team activities. Requirements Grassroots license is expected to be completed within 1st year. Background in teaching or childcare, demonstrating the ability to work effectively with children and young adults. Strong understanding of behavior management techniques to maintain a positive learning environment. Ability to inspire and motivate players while instilling discipline and teamwork values. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with players, parents, and staff effectively. A commitment to fostering an inclusive environment for all participants.
