rules meeting must be completed AED/CPR certification required Background Check Required Organize meaningful training sessions Ability to implement the expectations and demands of high school athletes Be able to teach the fundamentals of softball Preparation of the team for competition Communicate with players, parents, media, school staff, etc. Organize and maintain individual/team statistics Demonstrate a working knowledge of softball and provide a positive role model for our student-athletes. Establish effective communication with athletes. Supervise bus and locker room situations. Assist in enforcing ALL team rules and regulations.
